How to Choose Your Size

Measure yourself, then find the size whose number you're closest to. If your measurement sits between two sizes, go with whichever one is nearer, and if you're past the midpoint, size up for a more comfortable fit!

Example Your waist measures 70cm. Size S starts at 67cm and Size M starts at 72cm, so the midpoint is 69.5cm. Since 70cm is just past that midpoint (closer to 72), you'd choose Size M if you want a more comfortable fit, but if you don't mind it being more fitted then Size S can still work.

Our fit runs fitted, not loose. If you're unsure, or your measurements are sitting closer to the next size up, it's always safer to size up rather than down. Still stuck? Contact us and we'll help you pick.

How to Measure Your Girth (Torso)

Girth, also called the body loop, is the most important measurement for choosing the right size. It tells us your torso length, which is what actually determines whether a leotard fits through the body, not just around it.

Start at the centre of one shoulder.
Run the tape down the front of your body, between your legs, and up the back to that same shoulder point.
Hold the tape snug against your body, but not tight.

This full loop is your girth measurement, in centimetres.

We offer two torso lengths, Regular and Tall, each following the same 5cm progression per size. Choose whichever matches your girth measurement most closely.

Quick rule of thumb: Regular Girth usually works if you're around 5'6″–5'7″ or under, and Tall Girth usually works if you're taller than that. But height is only a rough guide, torso length varies from person to person, so even if you're on the shorter side you could still have a longer torso than this guide assumes. Whenever possible, use your actual girth measurement above rather than height alone, it's the most accurate way to choose.

Stick close to the guide

Diamond Stripe Leotard

The diamond stripe leotard, this style has a little less stretch through the girth when you lift your arms because of the capped sleeves. We recommend choosing the size closest to your actual girth measurement so the leotard has enough length through the body and doesn’t pull upwards or cause a wedgie.

A more forgiving fit through the body.

You can be up to 15cm out from your size's Regular girth number.

Example Size S has a Regular girth of 146cm. For the Diamond Stripe Leotard, aim for as close to 146cm as possible, 5cm up or down is still fine. For the Centre Panel Leotard Size S, anywhere from about 140cm to 155cm will still fit comfortably.
