Christmas & Peak-Season Shipping

During the Christmas period and other peak shipping times, delivery services can experience delays that are outside of our control. While we always dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, especially in December.

Once an order has been shipped, transit times are handled by the courier and local postal services, and tracking updates may be delayed even while parcels are moving through the network.

If you have a fixed date or event, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance or choosing a ready-to-ship piece. Please note that even ready-to-ship items may experience delays during the Christmas period.

If you ever need help locating a parcel or have concerns about your delivery, you’re always welcome to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.

Do you ship worldwide

Yes. We ship to most countries using reliable international couriers.

Will I pay customs duties or import taxes

No. We ship using Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) to most regions, which means the checkout price is your final total.
There are no additional import fees or surprise charges on delivery.
In rare cases where DDP is not available, we will contact you before shipping.


How long will my order take to arrive

This depends on your location and whether your item is made to order or ready to ship.
Made to order designs require a production window before dispatch.
Shipping times range from 5 to 25 working days depending on region.

What does made to order mean

Made to order items are created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.
This process allows us to reduce waste, avoid mass production and offer a more personalised product.

Because of this, made to order items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive with a defect.


Can I return my item

Made to order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless faulty.
Ready to Ship items can be returned within 14 days if they are unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.


What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund.


My tracking is not updating. What should I do

Some regions display limited or slow tracking updates.
If your tracking appears vague or has not updated for several days, contact us and we will request a detailed scan directly from our fulfilment partner.
We can pinpoint the exact location of your shipment upon request.


What happens if my parcel gets lost

Every parcel is fully insured.
If your tracking investigation shows that the parcel was not delivered, we will offer a replacement or full reimbursement.
This situation is very rare, but you are fully protected.


Do you offer kids’ sizing

Yes. Most designs can be made in children’s sizes.
There is no separate listing for kids’ sizes, but you can contact us through our Go Custom page and we will guide you through measurements and availability.


How do I choose my size

We recommend reviewing our Size Guide and taking accurate measurements of your bust, waist, hips and girth.
If you are unsure, contact us. We respond within 24 hours and can advise on fit and stretch.


Can you make custom designs

We accept a limited number of custom orders each month.
Please use our Go Custom form and include your measurements, design idea and deadline.


Do you restock items

Most items are made to order and are not restocked.
Ready to Ship items are limited and once sold out they may not return unless we produce another small batch.


Are your fabrics exclusive

Yes. Many of our velvets and gilded foils are developed with our textile partners specifically for Bubble Bum.
These fabrics are not mass produced and are exclusive to our designs.


How do I care for my costume

Please visit our Care Instructions page for detailed information on washing, drying and maintaining your Bubble Bum performance wear.


Can I cancel my order

Made to order items begin production shortly after purchase, so cancellations are not always possible.
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately.
If production has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled.


What payment methods do you accept

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and shop-supported payment methods at checkout.


I need my item urgently. Can you help

We can offer express production on a very limited basis depending on our current workload.
