Bubble Bum is a small independent performance wear studio creating made to order and limited ready to ship designs. Our goal is to provide clear, transparent information so that you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.
Christmas & Peak-Season Shipping
During the Christmas period and other peak shipping times, delivery services can experience delays that are outside of our control. While we always dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, especially in December.
Once an order has been shipped, transit times are handled by the courier and local postal services, and tracking updates may be delayed even while parcels are moving through the network.
If you have a fixed date or event, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance or choosing a ready-to-ship piece. Please note that even ready-to-ship items may experience delays during the Christmas period.
If you ever need help locating a parcel or have concerns about your delivery, you’re always welcome to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
1. Shipping Information
Where We Ship From
All orders are processed, packed and shipped through our trusted international fulfilment partner.
This allows us to provide consistent quality control, secure packaging and reliable worldwide delivery.
For privacy and security reasons we do not list detailed logistics locations.
2. Delivered Duties Paid (DDP)
We ship using DDP to most countries.
This means:
• The price you see at checkout is your final total
• No additional customs fees
• No import taxes
• No unexpected charges on delivery
If DDP cannot be used for your region, we will contact you before shipping your order.
This is uncommon but can apply to certain locations, including some areas in South America.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary depending on local couriers, customs clearance and peak seasonal periods.
Below are general average timelines.
• Ireland and United Kingdom: 5 to 9 working days
• Europe: 7 to 14 working days
• United States and Canada: 7 to 14 working days
• Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 16 working days
• Asia: 7 to 12 working days
• Middle East: 8 to 15 working days
• South America: 10 to 25 working days
4. Shipping Costs
We use a simple flat rate shipping system based on region.
Customers in remote or hard to access areas may occasionally require an additional courier surcharge.
If this applies to your order, we will contact you for approval before dispatching.
5. Parcel Tracking
All orders include standard tracking.
Some regions show limited updates that may appear vague or delayed.
If your tracking does not update or appears unclear, please contact us and we will request a detailed scan directly from our fulfilment partner.
We are able to pinpoint the exact location of your parcel upon request.
6. Package Insurance and Lost Parcels
Every parcel shipped from Bubble Bum is fully insured.
If your parcel appears delayed or missing, we will:
• Investigate the tracking status
• Contact the courier on your behalf
• Request proof of delivery if the courier marks it as delivered
• Review the full tracking history to confirm the parcel’s status
If the courier confirms that the parcel was not delivered, or if the investigation shows the parcel is lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full reimbursement.
Lost parcels are very rare, but customers are fully protected.
7. Made to Order Items
Most Bubble Bum designs are made to order and created specifically for you.
For this reason made to order items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives faulty.
We encourage customers to contact us for sizing assistance before purchasing.
We respond within 24 hours and are happy to help you choose the correct size.
8. Ready to Ship Items
Items marked Ready to Ship may be returned if they meet the following conditions:
• The item is unworn
• The item is unwashed
• The item is in original condition
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Bubble Bum is a small independent brand that produces limited quantities and made to order designs.
We do not operate on mass production.
This allows us to:
