What is your online returns policy?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order,  to have your return postmarked and shipped back to us.

Items must be in new condition with tags still attached.

If any of the items are returned with the below issues, we will NOT issue your refund.

  • Any stains of any kind, please take care when trying on, any makeup cosmetic or hair products.
  • Any odours, (cigarette smoke, perfumes, or BODY ODOUR, yes BODY ODOUR, you think that would be clear but we have experienced returns coming back to us that is obvious it has been worn once and returned to us for a refund!) if it has been suspected it's been worn for longer than the duration it takes to try on(We know the difference!), We will send it back to you and invoice you for shipping costs. We cannot resell items with ANY odour.
  • Tags removed or damaged. 
  • Damage of ANY kind including poor packaging of the item.

The original shipping charge on your order is non-refundable, unless you are returning a faulty item, in which case we will refund you for both the outbound and return shipping costs. 

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. If payment by card, it may take a couple of business days to return back to your account.

 

'SALE' items and items bought through our "Snatch" channel (@MYBUBBLEBUM_SNATCH) cannot be returned. (these will clearly state in the product description. Unless items are faulty or mis-sold, then we will require you to send us more information about the item, if deemed as a defective item, you will receive a full refund.(Please provide proof of any defects).


We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

By making a purchase, you are agreeing to the returns policy.

How do I send back my return?

Please contact us here,  with your order number and reason for return, we will get back to you within 24 hours, if eligible for a return we will provide you with shipping information.

After contacting us, you will receive the shipping details, Please return back to the address that was provided with proof of postage (photo);

 

Any duties and taxes paid are not refundable.


To return an item, please:
1) Pack unwanted items into a suitable box (you can re-use the original packaging if it's not damaged)
2) Send Parcel to the address provided in our email.
3) Send us proof of postage (photo attached)

 

Please make sure that your return is clearly labelled as RETURNED GOODS on any customs documents. You may also like to write in large letters on the parcel: "RETURNED GOODS - exempt from import tax & duty".  Any fees payable by us to receive your return will be deducted from your refund.  


 

What if I send my return back late?

All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached.  Any returns received postmarked after the 14 days from the tracked date of original delivery are not eligible for a refund.  We are happy to extend our returns period if purchasing as a gift or in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us at the time of placing your order to arrange this,If you have not contacted us and let us know before placing your order then we cannot extend this period.

Can I exchange items?

1) Return the unwanted item to us for a refund following the steps above
2) Place a new order for the item you would like instead.

This is the fastest way to receive the item you want, and helps us to keep our stock levels accurate and up to date.

Can I order multiple items to try on and send back the one's I don't want?

We are a very small business, a team of 5 people (Myself, My husband,Tamar, and two of our seamstresses who make all of our orders at home in a small village in China called Wuqiao.(See In-Between The Seams),  a lot of our niche items are only made after you make the purchase which takes up to 15 business days, (We also have some ready to ship items!) to avoid any waste and holding excess stock that may not sell for a long time. We really appreciate if you would consult with us before placing your order and we can advise you on what the best size would be for you, to avoid holding any excess stock that we don't necessarily want, (That is why they are made to order) Although it is still an option but we would appreciate that you would take this into consideration before placing your order. We are happy to help with any questions you may have.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once we receive your items, please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed and your refund issued.  It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (this varies depending on the original payment method and is out of our control)  Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.  We’ll send you an email when your refund has been processed so you know it’s on the way.
