What is your online returns policy?
You have 21 days from the date you receive your order to have your return postmarked and shipped back to us.
Items must be in new condition with tags still attached. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
The original shipping charge on your order is non-refundable, unless you are returning a faulty item, in which case we will refund you for both the outbound and return shipping costs.
'Sale' items cannot be returned. (these will clearly state in the product description: ('SALE - NO RETURNS')
We monitor returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

How do I send back my return?
Please return back to address below and provide us with proof of postage;
Any duties and taxes paid are not refundable.
To return an item, please:
1) Pack unwanted items into a suitable box (you can re-use the original packaging if it's not damaged)
2) Send Parcel to the above address.
3) Send us proof of postage.
Please make sure that your return is clearly labelled as RETURNED GOODS on any customs documents. You may also like to write in large letters on the parcel: "RETURNED GOODS - exempt from import tax & duty". Any fees payable by us to receive your return will be deducted from your refund.

What if I send my return back late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 21 days from the tracked date of original delivery are not eligible for a refund. We are happy to extend our returns period for items bought as gifts or in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us at the time of placing your order to arrange this.

This is the fastest way to receive the item you want, and helps us to keep our stock levels accurate and up to date.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once we receive your items, please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed and your refund issued. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (this varies depending on the original payment method and is out of our control) Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when your refund has been processed so you know it’s on the way.
