Our Ruffle Leotards come in 7 sizes and 3 body lengths, One is Regular Torso, Long Torso and we recently just added another length which is TALL( for sizes XS, S, M ). Regular Torso is standard and you can find these available and ready to ship on my website. Long Torso, we have some available for ready to ship and made-to-order. TALL we do not have these available for ready to ship as an option (Soon I will! I promise!) So it needs to be a custom order.

Lastly, if you are super super duper petite 145cm - 153cm tall or just have a short torso that is not on our adult size chart, you could go for our kids Leotard 11-12yrs.
For Torso length and guide, Generally speaking, It "sometimes" can vary in height (But not always!) If you are average height then you could lean towards the Regular torso, and if you are tall, then you could lean towards the long torso or TALL. But this also can be a misconception and a lot of confusion! That's why I am here to help!
We are not all "General" and every single one of us is beautifully different, quirky and special and I try MY ABSOLUTE best to cater to ALL body types, I know that every body is wonderfully unique and not all torso lengths are the same or proportionate. You could be petite, with a long torso so that’s why we have added a new size chart for you to understand which is the perfect leotard for you!
As a Bubble Bum Leotard veteran, I have been perfecting these leotards for many years now alongside my performing career. I am a Hula Hoop and multi disciplinary circus performer who has trialled and errored every single piece on my website, hanging from every and any apparatus and jumping through many hoops(Literally!) AND annoyed every single one of my performing friends to try on or model something for me to the point they stopped calling (just kidding they still call.) Another tip, If you are doing aerial, whether it's aerial hoop, silks or trapeze, Hanging from an apparatus can make the leotard a little shorter and less coverage on the bum, We recommend choosing your exact torso length or sizing up OR going for our NEW sparkly backless halterneck costumes that offer a lot more freedom of movement as it does not have a back and stretches a lot more. Keep the following in mind when selecting your size:
The girth measurement (length) is the best indicator of size.
Girth – We think this is the most important measurement for choosing the best size of leotard. Start at one shoulder (centre shoulder), place the measure tape down the front of the body, between the legs, up the back to THE SAME SHOULDER POINT, holding the measure tape firmly not loose! This number is called your girth measurement.

If you do not want to custom order your leotard and want to stick to the standard sizing (Regular Torso) Sizes XS - 3XL, then here are some tips for choosing the best size for your torso length- Between each size, the patterns also increase in length too, Each size it increases by 2-3cm, which is a small amount but if you are worried about the body and don’t want to go custom, then this is a factor that can offer you a bit more room. For Example, If you are a size S (8-10uk) Regular torso which is 142cm- 146cm in Girth and you are at the higher range, you can opt for M (10-12UK) to offer a bit more room. We recommend you try the larger size because we tend to fit a bit smaller than many major brands. You can also contact us and we can make it in the LONG or TALL Version.
