How much does shipping cost?

Our Worldwide standard tracked shipping price is starting at €15 depending on weight. One leotard or a two piece ruffle set would cost €15 But our heavier items like a jumpsuit or jogger set would be €18 as it is above 500grams. The more items in your cart, the shipping price will slightly increase.


When are you open?

Our usual working hours are 9am-5pm IST Mon - Fri.  HOWEVER please note that during our busiest times, dispatch times may be 1-2 days longer in addition to the delivery times stated above.


Where are orders sent from?

We have two locations we ship from, my studio which is located in Leitrim, Ireland in the beautiful midlands, or my seamstresses studio in Wuqiao, China, this is where your clothing comes from, see in-between the seams for full transparency of where your garments come from and how it all began. If it is from the Made-to-Order category, to avoid unethical freight time and reduce our carbon emissions, it is shipped straight to our shipping and fulfilment manager Luke who beautifully packages all our orders, have you seen how cute our new packaging is? I also spend time in the Maldives with my husbands family and on occasion orders will be shipped from here, But only items that are sold on our @mybubblebum_snatch page which are samples or one off pieces.


How long does delivery take?

Depending on where you are in the world here are the estimated shipping times. 

  • Europe: 8-10 Business Days
  • UK: 7-10 Business Days 
  • Asia:6-8 Business Days
  • Australia – 7-10 Business days
  • Canada : 6-10 Business days
  • Rest of world: 10-12 Business days.

Delivery may take longer during peak times such as summer, Christmas, Chinese New year, sales, or when we launch new collections.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We cannot ship to international PO boxes. If you entered a PO BOX address as your delivery address, we will contact you for an alternative address, which may delay your delivery.


How long does it take to dispatch my item I purchased?

 We have TWO categories on our website, Made-to-Order and Ready-To-Ship, If you have purchased something from Ready-to-Ship Then it will take 1-2 Business days to dispatch, but normally if it is a weekday and before 6pm we can dispatch it that day. If you have purchased something from the Made-to-Order section then it will be 2-3weeks before it is dispatched as it is not available in stock.

What shipping service are orders sent by?

 We use many shipping providers such as DHL, FEDEX, FEDEXGLOBAL, USPS, and many more.


Why is there only standard shipping available at checkout, do you do express shipping?

Yes we do but we have not activated it on our website, because prices and express time varies, so please contact us prior to your order and we will quote you the best price with the fastest courier.

I've placed an order but haven't received any updates, why?

It is most likely because you have purchased something from our Made-to-Order category which will take 2-3weeks to dispatch(it will state this in the checkout but sometimes can be overlooked. Or you may have gotten an email but it went to junk mail.


My order hasn't showed up.  What should I do?

Contact us immediately and we will be able to track down your parcel, it is possible it has been delayed but rest assured, very rarely do our packages ever get lost, and if on the rare occasion that they do, we offer a replacement order or a full refund after investigation. If it says that it has been delivered, and there is a POD available, but still you did not get your package and 6 days has past before contacting us, we cannot offer a replacement order. You will be notified by email that the order has been delivered so please make sure someone will be home to make sure it is safe.
